SEAWave at the European Researchers’ Night — NOESIS Science Center, Greece

 On May 25, 2025, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) welcomed the public for its annual “Open Doors” event, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the exciting research happening across the university. On Friday, September 26, RCL-AUTH group (ΕΡα – EMMETRON) participated in the European Researchers’ Night 2025 at the NOESIS Science Center & Technology Museum in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Visitors of all ages were introduced to the world of electromagnetic fields and their applications and they had the opportunity to learn about some of the research work being done as part of the SEAWave project.

In addition, the SeaWave Project group showcased the measurement and monitoring equipment used for mapping environmental electric fields and shared practical tips for the safe use of wireless devices, particularly 5G and Wi-Fi technology.
It was a full and rewarding evening that highlighted the importance of bringing science closer to society and making research relevant for everyone.
